Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Education may be substituted with 5 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in IT Service Management or BRM with 2+ years in supervisory/management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Portfolio Management, Project Management, and process improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
