Job summary

The City of Peoria, AZ, is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to act as a strategic liaison between Information Technology and city departments. You will help departments understand technology opportunities, translate business needs into initiatives, and guide investments through IT governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Education may be substituted with an additional five years of relevant experience.
• Minimum five years in IT Service Management or BRM with at least two years in supervision/management.
• Must have ITIL certification within 6 months of hire and TOC certification on hire.
