Qualifications

• Experience building trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
• Ability to translate business strategy into IT priorities and roadmaps.
• Proven track record of managing escalations and delivering value.
• Wamiliarity with SDLC, Agile, and technology procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with VDOT business partners and district leadership.
• Serve as primary IT management liaison for business engagement and escalations.
• Meet regularly with agency leadership to discuss priorities and service delivery performance.
• Advocate for business partner needs and communicate priorities to IT leadership and delivery teams.
• Coordinate IT service delivery, projects, and product management activities across teams.
• Prepare clear communications and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
