Job summary

MasterApp Labs LLC is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to bridge IT and business partners in a hybrid Richmond setting. You will lead executive-level discussions, align IT delivery with business goals, and drive a multi-year capability roadmap with ITD and districts.

The role emphasizes strategic partnership, stakeholder management, and advancing service innovation while ensuring policy compliance with VDOT and VITA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or six or more years of IT experience required.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and technology procurements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership at all levels.
• Ability to listen, build rapport, and act as strategic partner using influence.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Agency leadership up to the Executive level regularly.
• Work with IT leadership to ensure delivery of IT products/services by ITD.
• Partner with Districts as a focal resource for IT management, escalations, and coordination.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year business capability roadmap with IT and business partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned business partners.
• Coordinate with PMs, service and ops managers to prioritize requests and manage escalations.
• Identify opportunities for new services, improvements, and technical innovation.
• Oversee management of business partner expectations related to ITD engagement and delivery.
• Manage escalations related to procurements, projects, and service delivery.
• Identify, champion, and communicate customer needs.
• Consult with ITD teams managing production operations and strategic direction.
• Support continued compliance with VDOT and VITA policies.
