Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Education may be substituted with 5 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in IT Service Management or BRM with 2+ years in supervisory/management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Portfolio Management, Project Management, and process improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

This position works closely with department leadership and IT teams to identify technology opportunities, translate business needs into actionable initiatives, and ensure technology investments align with organizational priorities.The BRM facilitates technology planning, assists departments with developing technology roadmaps and business cases, coordinates and prioritizes technology requests, and guides initiatives through established IT governance processes.
