Job summary

Confidential Client in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced IT Recruiting Manager to lead a recruiting team and align technology talent strategies with organizational goals. You will partner with senior leadership, build sourcing pipelines, and drive workforce planning to meet current and future needs.

You will oversee recruiting operations, leverage analytics, manage external partners, and ensure compliant hiring practices while delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent acquisition with leadership of recruiting teams.
• Experience recruiting IT talent and building sourcing pipelines.
• Experience managing external recruiting partners and vendors.
• Budgeting/forecasting experience in recruiting.
• Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance.
• Willingness to work in U.S. Central Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiting professionals
• Develop and execute IT recruiting and workforce planning strategies
• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, skill requirements, and workforce priorities
• Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for technology professionals
• Oversee recruiting operations to ensure an efficient and positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Leverage recruiting metrics, workforce analytics, and market insights to drive strategy and improve hiring outcomes
• Manage external recruiting partners, staffing suppliers, and contingent workforce vendors
• Drive process improvements and adoption of recruiting technologies and best practices
• Partner with HR and other internal teams to support complex hiring initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and recruiting requirements
