Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, business, or related field.
• 10+ years leading technology projects, programs, portfolios, or PMO functions.
• 8+ years with project portfolio management experience with significant Agile delivery.
• PMP Certification.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including performance management, coaching, and team development.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project), SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and collaboration tools such as Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and QA Analysts delivering technology projects across the organization.
• Align technology portfolios with business objectives, budgets, and delivery timelines; provide executive visibility.
• Develop and deliver executive and stakeholder reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and strategic outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders in Project Management, Portfolio Management, and IT Business Management.
• Own project scope, budget, schedule, and delivery; manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to establish and improve Agile Program Management practices.
