Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT project, program, portfolio, or PMO management experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technology projects with stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders.
• Experience with multiple delivery models (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT projects from intake through implementation, governance, and closure.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, risk registers, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Coach IT leaders on planning, estimation, and delivery practices; drive accountability and transparency.
