Job summary

Talentify is seeking an IT Program Manager to partner with senior leadership to define, analyze, design, and lead strategic IT programs that align with company goals. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and reporting to executives while guiding a team of business analysts and project managers.

In this role you will coordinate program plans, manage dependencies and risks, negotiate resources, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (higher degree accepted).
• 8 years of IT project management experience or 2 years of IT program management experience.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT programs to meet senior leadership objectives.
• Lead business analysts and project managers within programs.
• Create and communicate coordinated program plans and clear roles.
• Regularly review projects to manage dependencies and risks.
• Escalate issues to program leadership when necessary.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and report progress to leadership.
• Assist PMO manager with new PMO requests and process improvements.
• Collaborate with customers, Joint Technology Team members, and vendors to document programs.
• Negotiate resources with department leaders.
• Provide project management and leadership for complex projects within a program.
• Facilitate change control for programs and projects to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze lessons learned and share with PMO teams.
• Review contract conditions for assigned programs and ensure compliance.
