Conduent is seeking an IT Program & Project Management Analyst to support IT program and project management initiatives aligning technology with business goals. You will partner with business leaders, strategists, and operations teams to drive change, enable portfolio delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate across multiple business areas, manage timelines, identify risks, and help implement new processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT programs, projects, or operational initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Ability to build relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting project delivery methodologies and change management initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and operational teams to support IT initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate planning, coordination, and execution of IT programs and projects across multiple business areas.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project and program performance to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and priorities.
• Assist with investment and sustaining project portfolios and change management efforts.
• Prepare status updates, documentation, and leadership reports.
• Support adoption of new processes and technology solutions.
