Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Delivery Management Analyst II (Program Manager) to provide leadership and strategic oversight for a Medical Information program for a leading pharmaceutical client. You will guide professional staff, drive contractual performance, and ensure service excellence across global teams.

The role emphasizes P&L stewardship, cross-geography delivery, and collaboration with sales, account teams, and WFM for staffing optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical affairs preferred.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma contact center operations preferred.
• Familiarity with client CRM platforms for Medical Information services.
• Strong judgment and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.
• Patient-centric approach required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage Global Medical Information Teams across geographies.
• Oversee team performance management, training, and staff development.
• Drive program financial performance and P&L alignment.
• Develop strategic initiatives for the Medical Information program.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on contract negotiations and execution.
• Ensure smooth program operations and KPI management.
• Foster continuous improvement and staff engagement.
• Ensure compliance and governance across markets.
• Coordinate workforce planning with WFM.
