Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Program Manager to join our IT professionals. This role oversees contract execution and coordinates closely with the United States Government to ensure effective contract management.

You will lead up to 180 employees across dispersed locations and multiple functional areas, driving planning, performance, risk management, and adherence to budgets and schedules. A Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required, along with PMP and ITIL certifications and 15 years of

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior government officials
• Proven experience managing technical programs of comparable size and complexity
• Knowledge of program management principles, risk management, quality assurance, and performance metrics
• Experience supporting military systems engineering, installation, operations, maintenance, and logistics processes
• Security clearance: active Top-Secret with SCI or ability to acquire SCI

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of up to 180 employees across multiple locations and functional areas
• Direct resource planning, workforce management, recruiting, training, and performance management
• Develop and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and COR
• Lead customer meetings and drive satisfaction through service delivery and accountability
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements
• Identify and mitigate program risks and oversee procurement and strategic sourcing
