Job summary

Amentum seeks an IT Integration Manager to support MDA initiatives on the IRES contract. The role interfaces with Government customers, program leadership, and technical teams to drive IT integration across initiatives, align scope and schedule, and manage risks.

Strong communication with senior leaders is essential. The position requires 10+ years of experience, DoW Secret clearance, and leadership in complex projects, with a focus on cybersecurity, lifecycle management, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of general full-time work experience.
• Must have 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT, systems integration, or related programs.
• Must have 6+ months in a management or leadership role.
• Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.
• Ability to prepare and present briefings to senior leaders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and execution of high-priority IT and mission-support initiatives.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, leadership, technical experts, and partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk logs.
• Document and communicate status, decisions, and dependencies to senior leadership.
• Ensure work products comply with contract requirements and security standards.
