Job summary

Amentum Technology Inc. is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead PMO operations for a large, DoD/IC cybersecurity contract. You will oversee cost, schedule, risk, and staff across multiple TTOs, ensuring compliance with RMF/NIST and performance reporting.

Strong leadership, communication, and process-improvement skills are essential. Position is on-site in Maryland’s PMO facilities and requires occasional surge response and travel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mastery of DoD/IC program management on CPAF or comparable cost-reimbursable contracts.
• Proven ability to manage several concurrent TTOs, CDRL deliverables, and complex teaming structures.
• Working knowledge of RMF/NIST authorization workflows and cybersecurity service operations.
• Strong financial and EVM literacy including EAC, BOE, accruals, invoicing, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Project, Power BI, ServiceNow, SharePoint, CostPoint; PMO tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day PMO operations and act as deputy operational authority.
• Develop and drive team workflows, processes, and governance.
• Monitor, track, and report performance, schedule, cost, and risk across all TTOs.
• Coordinate GFP/Equipment, travel, and procurement in partnership with PMO asset team.
• Maintain PMP documentation, risk register, and deliverables cadence.
• Mentor junior PMO staff and support capability development.
