AT&T Global Public Sector seeks a Senior Program Manager (Government) to lead cross-disciplinary teams on complex contracts, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance.

The role requires 15–20 years of program management, multi-vendor coordination, and strong FAR/DFARS knowledge; PMP/FAC-P/PM/DAWIA 3 is preferred. Office presence is required; TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required for this contract.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of program or project management experience on complex contracts.
• Experience leading multi-vendor environments and subcontracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
• Experience with requirements analysis, resource allocation, and earned value management.
• Certified: PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 in Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Service Managers to understand customer needs and drive program strategy.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to address urgent cost, schedule, or technical issues.
• Develop strategic technical roadmaps for program service areas.
• Provide engineering oversight to ensure monitoring, deployment, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and resilient service solutions for the client.
