Kwaan Tech, LLC is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to support a federal government client. The role focuses on contract performance, reporting, and coordinating with government stakeholders to meet tight deadlines. This exempt position is contingent on award.

The incumbent will lead scheduling, staffing, and analysis efforts while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance and execution, including scheduling and personnel allocation
• Provide accurate and timely reporting
• Resolve performance issues related to contract/task orders
• Attend meetings and conferences as needed
• Maintain ongoing contact with government stakeholders (SSM, COR, CO)
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Develop staffing plans and prepare monthly progress reports
• Lead process improvement initiatives for ship maintenance business processes
• Drive development and integration of metrics and analytics for ship maintenance programs
• Manage program operations, administration, and deliverable tracking
• Map business processes and define requirements for digital transformation and IT system integration
