Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and technical stakeholders on IT strategy alignment.
• Guide partners and teams through the program life cycle.
• Coordinate roadmaps with stakeholders to enable delivery.
• Provide leadership reports and manage evaluation workflows.
• Lead governance meetings and risk/issue resolution.
• Own WBS, scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
• Lead go-live activities and readiness assessments.
• Identify and report defects to IT developers.
• Ensure test scripts validate workflows with clinical teams.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve complex program challenges.
