Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Program Manager III for a 12-month engagement, remote nationwide. You will oversee tech ops release management, coordinate across teams, and drive data-driven decision making.

The role demands 5+ years in tech project/release management, strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech industry in PM, release management or operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical release management across teams for timely execution.
• Manage release calendar, tickets, visibility, approvals, and docs.
• Communicate releases to leadership and maintain release notes history.
• Handle intake for new tech requests and projects from stakeholders.
• Create automation and maintain data flows into Airtable.
• Oversee organization-wide docs in Confluence and SharePoint.
• Provide org-wide communications support with presentation decks.
• Support onboarding related to org data and org charts.
• Create and deliver reporting on release, intake, and prioritization data.
• Support diverse projects to boost Tech Ops effectiveness.
