Job summary

BDO USA, P.C. seeks a Procurement Manager, Information Technology to lead sourcing, contracting, and vendor governance for the firm's technology spend.

You will partner with IT, Information Security, Finance and Legal to optimize cost, reduce risk, and deliver strong governance while building a high-performing procurement team. Responsibilities include IT software SaaS and cloud sourcing, MSAs/SOWs negotiations, SLAs, and end-to-end process transformation to improve cycle times and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, SCM, IT or Finance
• 8+ years procurement or vendor management
• 5+ years IT/tech procurement
• Experience negotiating enterprise software, SaaS, and cloud
• MSAs and SOWs negotiation experience
• Experience with cybersecurity procurement preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to IT, translating technology priorities into sourcing strategies and commercial outcomes
• Own sourcing discipline, competitive processes, negotiations, and contracting workflow
• Lead IT vendor governance, spend analytics, and renewal management
• Negotiate complex MSAs/SOWs with outside counsel or in-house Legal
• Drive process transformation of IT procurement workflows to improve cycle time
