This role partners with IT, Information Security, Finance and Legal and owns the full lifecycle of IT procurement, including software licensing, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and services sourcing. The position requires building strategic IT partnerships, driving governance, and leading an onshore team to optimize cost, reduce risk, and improve

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Five or more years in procurement focusing on IT/technology categories.
• Experience negotiating enterprise software, SaaS, and cloud agreements.
• Experience negotiating complex MSAs and SOWs with outside counsel or in-house legal support.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, contracting, and vendor governance for IT spend.
• Partner with IT, Information Security, Finance and Legal to enable technology strategy.
• Negotiate software licensing, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and technology services.
• Manage and develop IT procurement team and governance frameworks.
