  • Supplier & Commercial Management: Manage relationships with strategic technology suppliers and service providers. Lead supplier performance reviews, governance activities, and issue resolution efforts. Negotiate enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and technology services agreements to optimize commercial value and mitigate risk.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Governance: Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to IT leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and business leaders to support technology initiatives and contract execution. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, audit standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Procurement Operations & Continuous Improvement: Analyze technology spend, supplier performance, and sourcing effectiveness to drive informed decision‑making. Lead procurement transformation efforts, process improvements, and adoption of procurement technologies. Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to enhance visibility and accountability.
  • People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop procurement professionals and category specialists. Provide oversight for sourcing activities, negotiations, and contract management processes. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, IT procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, technology category management, or a related procurement function.
  • 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating enterprise software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, and technology services agreements.
  • Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and managing strategic supplier relationships in a corporate IT environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology procurement programs and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.
