Job summary

KBR is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations across a broad portfolio of indirect spend categories. The role partners with business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and maximize value from supplier relationships while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive procurement, sourcing, category management, or supply chain experience with indirect spend focus.
Experience managing complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations in a global environment.
Professional certification such as CPSM, CPSD, CSCP, CPM or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and prioritize procurement activities; coach and support the procurement team.
Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies for indirect spend areas.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement with operational and financial objectives.
Conduct market assessments, supplier evaluations, and competitive sourcing events.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
Establish strategic supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
