Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Procurement Manager, Information Technology to lead IT sourcing, contracting, and supplier governance for the firm’s technology spend. You will own software licensing, SaaS, cloud, hardware sourcing, and negotiate MSAs/SOWs while partnering with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal to enable technology strategy and governance.

You will lead a team of procurement professionals, drive process improvements, and deliver a consistent stakeholder experience across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Finance, preferred.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree, preferred.
• Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management required, with at least five (5) years focusing on IT/technology categories.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT procurement lifecycle from software licensing, SaaS, cloud, hardware sourcing through negotiations and contracting.
• Represents IT in sourcing decisions; partners with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Governance teams.
• Manages supplier governance, spend analytics, and renewal management to optimize cost and risk.
