This role drives cost-effectiveness, compliance, and operational efficiency throughout the asset lifecycle. The position reports to the Senior Director of IT Operations and partners with Finance, Legal, Security, and program leadership to ensure technology resources are delivered efficiently and ready for rapid deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years in IT procurement, asset management, or vendor management.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with ITAM/SAM tools and ITIL/ITSM concepts.
• Knowledge of secure data sanitization and disposal standards (NIST SP 800-88).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT procurement process from intake to delivery.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle, asset records, and HAM/SAM modules in ServiceNow.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and cost savings opportunities.
• Coordinate with Legal, IT Security, and Finance on vendor contracts.
• Standardize IT procurement/asset management practices across locations.
