Job summary

Cellular Sales is seeking an IT Procurement & Asset Manager to develop and execute the organization's IT procurement and asset management strategy. You will oversee all IT-related spending, sourcing, contracts, supplier performance, licensing compliance, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Management or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years IT procurement management and strategic sourcing.
• 3+ years IT asset lifecycle management.
• Experience negotiating complex hardware and software licenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's IT procurement and asset management strategy.
• Lead strategic sourcing, RFx processes, and contract negotiations for IT solutions.
• Manage supplier performance through governance programs and QBRs.
• Oversee software licensing compliance and procurement controls.
• Oversee lifecycle management of technology assets from forecast to retirement.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Legal, Operations, and executives to optimize ROI.
