Job summary

Eide Bailly seeks an IT Asset Management (ITAM) & Procurement Manager to lead and improve IT asset management and technology procurement programs. You will oversee the full lifecycle of hardware, software, cloud, and SaaS assets, managing sourcing, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to maximize value and minimize risk.

The role requires extensive experience in ITAM/SAM/HAM, ServiceNow, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 7–10 years in ITAM/SAM/HAM or similar enterprise ITAM.
• 5–7 years using ServiceNow for asset management and procurement.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation strategies and vendor sourcing.
• Certifications such as CITAM/CSAM/ITIL are a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft products and PC hardware.

Responsibilities

• Define ITAM strategy aligned with business and IT goals.
• Own asset lifecycle from procurement through deployment and disposal.
• Lead vendor evaluation, RFI/RFP, and contract renewals.
• Manage software licenses, entitlements, and audits.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security on terms and risk.
• Ensure compliance and drive cost optimization.
