Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is hiring an IT Asset & Procurement Specialist in Houston, TX. The role coordinates IT procurement, asset lifecycle management, and vendor relationships to ensure cost‑effective technology operations across hardware, mobile, and printer fleets.

The successful candidate will manage Oracle EBS workflows, invoice coding, and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance and external partners, supporting audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT procurement processes from request to PO.
• Experience coding invoices, matching receipts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to manage full asset lifecycle: receipt, tagging, deployment, tracking, retirement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end‑to‑end IT procurement and asset lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, and external vendors to optimize spend.
• Manage mobile device programs (Apple devices) and service plans with providers.
• Administer printer fleet, maintenance invoices, and related supplies.
