Job summary

Harvard University in Cambridge, MA seeks a Divisional Technology Partner to align IT investments with divisional priorities and lead demand planning within governance frameworks. You will coordinate solutions, manage escalations, and support effective issue resolution across FAS divisions.

The role requires collaboration across the university, strategic portfolio management, and strong stakeholder engagement in a complex higher education IT environment. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Five or more years of relevant work experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Document divisional IT needs and gather feedback.
• Manage IT investment intake and governance.
• Align technology investments with academic and operational priorities.
• Develop IT roadmaps and portfolio visibility.
• Coordinate across FAS to identify shared solutions.
• Produce annual report of divisional IT investments and impact.
• Represent divisional perspectives on enterprise applications and platforms.
• Triage issues and escalate when needed.
• Drive IT change communications within the division.
• Guide colleagues and coordinate trainings as needed.
