Job summary

Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT) is seeking a Divisional Technology Partner for the Administration & Finance and Faculty Affairs Divisions. This full-time, hybrid role partners with divisional leadership to align technology investments with priorities, lead demand planning, and govern IT initiatives within budget.

The position drives cross-divisional collaboration and ensures effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum five years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Document local FAS technology needs and gather feedback on IT systems and services.
• Manage IT investment request intake.
• Partner with FAS divisional leadership to align technology investments with priorities within governance guardrails.
• Facilitate FAS divisional demand planning and IT roadmap development.
• Coordinate with FAS and University-wide teams to identify shared IT solutions.
• Produce annual report of divisional IT investments and impact.
• Serve as escalation point and triage issues requiring higher-level review.
