Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of IT operations or IT project management.
• Master's degree and people management experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge in four or more business operations disciplines including financial management and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Liaises between business areas, IT and vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Oversees daily activities of staff and coaches IT leaders in change initiatives.
• Develops processes, adapts to changing priorities and drives delivery of services.
• Cultivates cross-functional relationships with Clinical, Revenue, Finance and IT leaders.
• Maintains communication on operating initiatives and stakeholder expectations.
