Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of leadership experience in consulting or equivalent.
• Foundational knowledge in IT operations or IT project management.
• Master’s degree and people management preferred.
• Proficient knowledge in multiple business operations disciplines with expert level in at least three.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning sessions to align IT and business goals with program roadmaps.
• Serve as liaison between senior leaders, IT, and vendors to ensure operational constraints are met.
• Lead change management efforts and build action plans to support initiatives.
• Guide budgeting, cost control, scheduling and policy development within scope of operations.
• Coach IT and business leaders to achieve transformation outcomes.
