Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Part-time HR Operations Consultant to serve as a business operations consultant and liaison to HM business line leaders and COEs. This role supports operations, projects, programs, and service delivery outcomes with strategic HR guidance and partnership with HR leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating with HR Shared Services, preparing metrics, and ensuring policy and process alignment with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive HR experience in healthcare or similar field.
• Experience in HR policies, workforce planning, and labor relations.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with CHRO/Director HRBP to implement HR strategy and services.
• Prepare statistical reports and metrics; audit data integrity.
• Coordinate with COE and HR Shared Services to fulfill requests.
• Develop and present guidance materials and training as needed.
• Act as liaison between HR and executives ensuring effective communication.
