Qualifications

• Education requirements vary: HS diploma with 2 years' experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare Technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technology advisor and consultative partner to ministry leadership, aligning IT roadmaps with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end healthcare IT demand management from idea to governance and project initiation.
• Oversee delivery of technology solutions with executive-level transparency and high customer satisfaction.
• Drive organizational transformation and coordinate rapid cross-functional resolutions during system crises.
