Job summary

Saras Micro Devices is seeking an IT Manager to lead IT operations, governance, and security across Chandler and remote users. You will own Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networks, and ERP/MES technology while guiding a small internal IT team and external partners.

The role partners with executives and department leaders to plan, approve, and deploy technology projects, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective services for manufacturing and engineering functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT operations in a mid-sized organization.
• Strong governance of Microsoft 365 and security tools.
• ERP/MES implementation ownership and support.
• Proven vendor management and budgeting experience.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as technology leader for Chandler, Atlanta, and remote users.
• Lead IT staff, coach team, and manage helpdesk ownership.
• Partner with executives to evaluate and implement projects.
• Own cybersecurity program, risk reviews, and remediation.
• Oversee ERP/MES and business systems administration.
• Manage asset lifecycle, budgets, and vendor relationships.
