Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT leadership or IT management experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or production environments.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Network infrastructure and systems administration expertise.
• Cybersecurity knowledge including access controls, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Experience overseeing software vendors and technology projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day technology operations across multiple facilities.
• Manage infrastructure, servers, networks, telecommunications, and end user systems.
• Ensure security, uptime, reliability, and performance of business critical systems.
• Administer ERP systems and support manufacturing technologies.
• Oversee backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement technology improvements.
• Manage third party vendors and technology partners.
• Develop processes, standards, and IT documentation.
