Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Infrastructure and Operations leader to drive the enterprise IT strategy, oversee daily system operations, and ensure security and compliance across all environments. You will manage a team and coordinate with vendors to deliver on-time changes and strategic initiatives.

The role requires 6+ years in IT with 2+ years in management, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Texas-based travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years in IT with progressive responsibilities
• 2+ years in management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage staff development and vendor relations
• Experience with security/compliance and disaster recovery planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an infrastructure strategic plan
• Oversee daily operations and ensure policy compliance
• Lead projects and align staff with schedules
• Manage security, continuity, and audit processes
• Develop KPIs and patch management workflows
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on DR testing
