• 1+ year of experience supporting or implementing technology systems.
• Experience in customer-facing roles requiring de-escalation or conflict management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service appointments between vendor partners, customers and technicians.
• Create and manage calendar invitations for work orders.
• Use multiple scheduling and partner management platforms to monitor and assign requests.
• Manage contracted technician networks and maintain job templates and project info.
• Provide real-time on-site support to troubleshoot issues and verify deliverables.
• Respond promptly to service requests and inquiries from internal and external partners.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with partners, customers, technicians and stakeholders.
• Vet technicians based on profiles, experience, provider scores, and requirements.
• Prepare cabling quotes and pricing when cabling is needed.
• Conduct cadence meetings with partners to discuss health, escalations, and relationship growth.
