Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT with 6+ years in architecture
• 6+ years designing, implementing and securing Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies
• Experience with on-premises and cloud (Azure) infrastructure
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and implementation of Microsoft stack solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage on-call rotations and ensure compliant change management processes.
• Mentor team members and drive timely project delivery.
