Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex hardware programs from concept through production and sustaining support. The Role coordinates across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, local production, and international contract manufacturers to ensure predictable execution and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or related field.
10–15+ years of program management or hardware product development experience.
Experience leading cross-functional hardware programs through product lifecycle.
PMP certification or equivalent program management training (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead hardware programs from requirements through prototype, qualification, production, ramp and sustaining support.
Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and recovery plans.
Translate priorities into executable program plans with clear objectives, ownership, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate across Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Service teams.
Identify risks early; establish owners and due dates; escalate with recommendations as needed.
Provide clear program updates to technical teams, executives, customers, and manufacturing partners.
Develop repeatable processes, tools, metrics, reporting, and operating rhythms for accountability.
