Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise IT financial management strategy and governance.
• Own annual budgeting and rolling forecasting across the IT portfolio.
• Advise CIO and tech leaders on investment allocation and financial risk.
• Establish decision rights and reporting standards for portfolios.
