Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Director of IT Financial Management to define and lead the IT financial strategy, governance, and operating practices across the DePuy Synthes technology portfolio. The Director will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost transparency, vendor management, and value realization.

The role partners with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT leaders to drive cost optimization, executive reporting, and performance across portfolios, products, and services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in IT financial management or related field.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and governance across a global IT portfolio.
• Strong ability to influence executives and drive cost optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Define the enterprise IT financial management strategy and governance.
• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Advise CIO and senior leaders on investment allocation and value realization.
• Establish financial controls and accountability for portfolios.
• Lead vendor financial management across strategic IT suppliers.
• Develop executive dashboards and forward-looking insights.
