DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a BPO Director, EPM - Orthopedics, to lead the Orthopedics EPM product and technology landscape from Raynham, MA with secondary locations in NJ and PA.

You will define business outcomes, own the EPM roadmap, and drive end-to-end planning, forecasting, and performance insights across the global Orthopedics organization. Strong leadership and enterprise finance tech experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology roles supporting Finance.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide Finance Technology initiatives and organizational transformation.
• Strong people-leader experience, managing managers and senior professionals.
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and related processes.
• Experience integrating EPM solutions with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Central Finance, BW/4HANA, or enterprise data platforms.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Orthopedics Business Product Owner for EPM, accountable for product vision and roadmap.
• Translate planning, forecasting, and performance needs into prioritized capabilities and delivery plans.
• Define and execute the EPM strategy aligned with Finance objectives.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, communications, and adoption of new EPM capabilities.
• Build and manage an effective EPM team and service model with clear ownership and SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and AI.
