Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Director, IT Financial Management who will define and lead the IT financial management strategy, governance model, and operating practices across the DePuy Synthes technology portfolio.

The role will own budgeting, forecasting, investment governance, cost transparency, vendor financial management, and value realization, serving as a strategic advisor to Finance and Procurement leaders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT financial management, corporate finance, or technology portfolio management.
• Strong leadership of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial governance.
• Experience managing vendor budgets, forecasts, renewals, and cost optimization.
• Understanding IT cost structures, licensing, cloud, and technology investment economics.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise IT financial management strategy, operating model, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance reporting.
• Advise CIO and senior leaders on investment allocation and financial risk.
• Establish governance, controls, and accountability across IT portfolios and vendors.
• Lead vendor financial management including spend plans, forecasts, and renewal economics.
• Develop executive dashboards and forward-looking insights for strategic decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT financial management organization.
