DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sr. Director of Procurement Strategy, Digital and Process to lead the global procurement digital strategy, process architecture, and governance across Source-to-Pay.

You will shape the Procurement Strategic Framework, manage technology investments, and drive enterprise transformation for improved value realization. The role demands 12+ years in procurement, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes and technology
• Experience in global procurement or enterprise transformation roles
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives
• Excellent collaboration and communication with executive stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Lead global procurement digital strategy, process architecture, and policies
• Own and evolve Procurement Strategic Framework aligned with corporate strategy
• Drive end-to-end Source-to-Contract, Payments and Spend management initiatives
• Oversee procurement technology budgets and digital capabilities
• Manage performance data, KPIs, and value tracking for Source-to-Pay
