Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in IT financial management or related finance roles.
Leadership of budgeting, forecasting, governance, and reporting across large IT portfolios.
Experience managing vendor spend, contracts, renewals, and cost optimization.
Strong communication with senior executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise IT financial management strategy, governance, and roadmap.
Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, long-range planning, and cost governance.
Advise CIO and senior tech leadership on investments and value realization.
Establish controls, forums, and dashboards for portfolio financial management.
Lead vendor financial management across strategic IT suppliers and agreements.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT service owners on commercial decisions.
