Job summary

ROI Search Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across IT, Revenue Cycle, and Finance. The role emphasizes building relationships with clients and delivering high-quality candidates through proactive outreach and robust pipelines.

You will engage with growing organizations to Fortune 500 clients, align hiring strategies, and guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding in a hybrid Fishers, IN environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Previous experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting IT, Revenue Cycle, or Finance strongly preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships or recruitment accounts is preferred.
• Skilled in proactive phone outreach and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and onboarding.
• Build and grow client relationships and understand their hiring goals.
• Develop strong candidate pipelines and conduct consultative interviews.
• Present qualified candidates and manage interview processes with clients.
• Maintain accurate activity in ATS and CRM and stay current on market trends.
