LHH in Edison, NJ is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Finance & Accounting Practice. This hybrid role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, business development, and managing client relationships for accounting and finance professionals from senior accountants to executives.

You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, build a strong candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and guide offers while staying current on market trends and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or relevant finance/accounting industry experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build lasting client and candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for accounting and finance positions.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Negotiate placement terms and manage offer processes.
• Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Stay current on finance, accounting, and labor market trends.
• Maintain candidate and client activity within recruiting systems.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand culture and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring practices.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
