We are looking for a part-time or full-time, seasonedRecruiter with experience in Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, and/or Finance recruiting to join our growing team.
In addition to managing searches from initial sourcing through placement, the Recruiter will manage and grow relationships with assigned clients, serving as a key point of contact and gaining a deep understanding of their teams, culture, hiring needs, and long-term goals. The Recruiter will partner with clients ranging from growing organizations to Fortune 500 companies, recruit across multiple industries and levels, build strong candidate pipelines, and serve as a trusted resource to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their searches. The Recruiter will go beyond simply filling a position and want to help connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
This position is based in our Fishers office to allow for hands-on training and collaboration with the team. Following the training period, the position will transition to a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing sourcing strategies and engaging candidates through interviews, offer negotiations, placements and onboarding
- Proactively identify, source, and engage high-quality passive candidates through targeted research and direct outreach. Must be comfortable with proactive phone outreach and initiating conversations with prospective candidates.
- Conduct consultative candidate interviews to evaluate experience, skills, career goals, compensation expectations, and alignment with each opportunity.
- Review job postings, intake forms, and client and candidate interview guides.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and other professional areas.
- Develop trusted relationships with candidates, providing consistent communication, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and developing a thorough understanding of their business, culture, hiring priorities, and long-term talent needs.
- Partner with business development, participate in intake calls, and work with hiring managers and leadership to define position requirements, ideal candidate profiles, recruiting strategies, and expectations for each search.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and selection process, ensuring clear and timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide consultative insight into candidate availability, compensation, hiring trends, and competitive market conditions to help clients make informed hiring decisions.
- Proactively identify future hiring needs and opportunities to expand recruiting support within existing client relationships.
- Deliver a high level of client service through responsiveness, follow-through, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate, client, and search activity within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, talent availability, compensation, and market conditions to continually strengthen recruiting strategies.
- Contribute ideas and best practices that enhance recruiting processes, candidate experience, client relationships, and overall team success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous experience as a Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting professional.
- Recruiting experience within Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, and/or Finance strongly preferred.
- Experience managing client relationships or recruitment accounts is preferred.
- Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and placing passive candidates across a variety of professional and seniority levels.
- Comfortable with proactive phone outreach, including cold calling prospective candidates,
- Ability to understand technical and specialized positions and effectively communicate position requirements to candidates.
- Strong client-service mindset with the ability to build credibility and develop lasting professional relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to take ownership of searches and client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple searches, clients, and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Professional judgment and the ability to manage confidential candidate and client information appropriately.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting and sourcing tools.
