You will travel to colleges and events to promote the Nesco brand, interview and present qualified candidates, and guide offers through to pre-employment steps.

• Nurture candidate and client relationships through ongoing communication.
• Write job descriptions and post ads.
• Negotiate offers and initiate pre-employment steps.
• Provide HR support for contract employees as needed.
