Job summary

NESC Staffing is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across local and national markets.

You will partner with account managers, source top talent via LinkedIn and referrals, and build strong candidate pipelines while ensuring a superior candidate experience. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and passion for recruiting.
• Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
• Experience recruiting for engineering/technical disciplines preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers and hiring stakeholders to understand client needs and roles.
• Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other tools.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct resume reviews, screenings, and evaluations for skills and fit.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS in real time.
• Develop professional networks to attract passive and active candidates.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication.
